Retail stock items

If your order is in stock we aim to despatch within one business day Monday - Friday. Our office is not open at weekends.
Standard delivery is usually 2-3 working days.
In a hurry - get in touch and we will see what is possible. Special Delivery next day shipping is only available Monday - Firday.
For out of stock items, we will tell you when they are likely to be delivered and you can decide to wait or cancel.

Lead time on custom clothing is around 6 weeks from confirmed order. (It is not unusual for us to be a week or so quicker than that but we can’t promise it.)
Always remember that lead times for custom made items are estimates and can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen or unavoidable variables delaying production.
If you have a deadline for a custom order, speak to us and we will try our best to achieve it for you.

Shipping will be via a tracked and signed for service - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.
Following the UK's exit from the EU on 31 December 2020, we are now operating within the new EU-UK trade agreement. No UK VAT will be charged on any order for customers in the EU.
For all sales outside the UK import VAT and customs duties may be incurred by the destination country; these charges will be payable by the customer direct via the shipping courier.
